It does not declare an asset safe, remove a VOR, or submit Digital Waste Tracking to a production government endpoint.

Digital Waste Tracking builds the movement from weighbridge, yard and party records already held. A person validates, corrects and approves. Submission uses the test adapter. This is not a production Defra certification, and it is not folded into Compliance.
